Each player may hold only one registered account on Clash of Odds. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or any other means — is strictly prohibited. Clash of Odds uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, and your Philippine mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.
Clash of Odds reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to complete these checks to our satisfaction may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of funds pending review.
Reminder: Providing false information during registration, including a false date of birth, is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all account balances.
All financial transactions on the Clash of Odds platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine pesos (PHP). Clash of Odds does not apply currency conversion fees to deposits or withdrawals made through supported Philippine payment channels.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name — the same name that appears on your Clash of Odds account and your verified government-issued ID. Clash of Odds does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from a mismatched account, the funds will be returned and your account may be flagged for review.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. Clash of Odds does not guarantee processing times for bank transfers, as these depend on the policies of individual Philippine financial institutions. GCash and Maya deposits are typically processed faster, but Clash of Odds cannot guarantee instant crediting in all circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the same identity verification requirements as deposits. Clash of Odds reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to separate withdrawal conditions that are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered.
Note: Clash of Odds does not charge players processing fees on standard GCash or Maya deposits. However, your GCash or Maya provider may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service. Please check with your e-wallet provider directly.

All bets placed on Clash of Odds are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing their selections before confirming any bet or wager. Clash of Odds does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after they have been confirmed, except in cases where a clear technical error on the part of the platform has demonstrably affected the bet.
In the event of a technical failure — such as a disconnection from a live casino table mid-round, or a slot spin that does not complete due to a server error — Clash of Odds will apply its technical failure policy, which is to restore the player's balance to the state it was in before the affected round began, where this is technically possible to verify. Clash of Odds does not guarantee outcomes for bets affected by circumstances outside its direct control, including internet connection issues on the player's end.
Clash of Odds expects all players to conduct themselves in a respectful, honest, and lawful manner at all times while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
Clash of Odds monitors platform activity continuously to detect unusual betting patterns, suspicious account behaviour, and potential violations of these conduct rules. Players whose accounts are flagged for investigation may have their withdrawal ability temporarily suspended pending the outcome of that investigation. Clash of Odds will communicate the reason for any investigation to the affected player as soon as it is appropriate to do so without compromising the investigation.

In cases of account closure due to a verified breach of these Terms, Clash of Odds reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting the Clash of Odds support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player subject to standard identity verification checks.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, Clash of Odds and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
